  Customer focus... Zero!!! Been suffering for over a year, seen at least 3 different doctors in the surgery... but cannot get anyone at this practice to listen to the actual problems and refer to the specialist.
  Always difficult to get an appointment, usually 3 weeks at least... More recently they just cannot give an appointment as they are "fully booked".
  I am at the point of looking to get into another surgery.... Suggest you do the same.

  Great surgery have yet to be let down in 35+ years, always seen to in the correct manner and received appropriate attention. It would appear some people do not want to wait for appointments here so maybe they should go elsewhere and free up slots---we all have to wait in these hard times so get yourselves a life and accept the situation. One more point, 60% +- have no need to see a Doctor, they could save themselves and the practice valuable time and much needed resources by visiting a pharmacy where the chemist is only to willing to help. But these moaners are no doubt the every day whingers and moaners and demand all for free and see only themselves in life.
